When we opened Whole Strength we started with a mission ‘to help the whole individual live in strength and excellence in mind, body, and spirit.’ We always had the vision to do this with a team of highly skilled and compassionate professionals. It is an honor to lead that team today and to see so many lives changed as an effect of that team.

My path to fitness began in 2012 after I accepted a challenge from a friend to do a CrossFit workout. The workout was humbling which led me to turn my life around. I became a coach, because I was blessed to experience the positive physical, mental, and emotional effect of what CrossFit can offer. As a coach, I have an opportunity to impact others to find their passion for health and wellness, while encouraging them to achieve their personal goals.

My journey to CrossFit began with the search for a community-focused gym during a time of isolation. CrossFit, whether competing or coaching, has opened my life to the physical, emotional, and mental capabilities that exists within when you apply yourself in this program. Giving back to our athletes as a coach is my primary goal, whether it’s through movement, encouragement, or motivation.
