A powerful tool we use with our clients is Stephen Covey’s Urgent/Important Matrix. It helps you identify what actually deserves your time, and what’s just noise.

Take a minute to list your top 3 roles right now (e.g., parent, business owner, athlete). Are your daily actions supporting those identities? If not, it may be time to simplify and realign.
