We get out of our gym routine when on vacation and everything else goes by the wayside. So this year when on vacation try these workouts and stay on track. No equipment or gym required!

400 M Run

25 Jump Squats

15 Min AMRAP

5 Burpees

10 Squats

15 Situps

50 Burpee Broad Jumps

25 Chair Dips

Handstand Hold

Hollow Body Hold

Squat Hold

Plank Hold

50 Tuck Jumps

Run 1 Mile
