Our Holiday Fitness Camp is a perfect way for you to do just that. We put together a 4-week exercise program paired with our amazing nutrition coaching program to help you stay focused and SANE through the holidays. Don’t wait until 2018 to improve your fitness. Get ahead start today!

  • Start date is December 4th!
  • 3x week classes for 4 weeks. 1 hour long classes are MWF @ 6:30 am MTTh @ 5.30 pm.
  • All classes are suitable for people of any fitness level. No prior fitness experience required.
  • InBody screen before and after the 4 weeks to measure progress.
  • Nutrition class and coaching included. Everyone who completes the 4 weeks will get an additional month of nutrition coaching for free!! ($150 value)
