Welcome to Anchor Weightlifting at Whole Strength CrossFit! We are a USA Weightlifting sanctioned club, directed by Jenny Lutkins, USAW Advanced Sports Performance Coach and USAW National Referee.

The goal of Anchor Weightlifting is to develop weightlifters of all levels in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. Olympic Weightlifting includes two lifts, the snatch and the clean and jerk. We focus on these two lifts and programming includes all necessary accessory work to excel in the sport. We also encourage those athletes who would like to improve their performance in other sports, enjoy weightlifting as a hobby, or like to use lifting as a means to fitness, to join our club.

We are very active in the weightlifting community, and even host sanctioned and mock meets throughout the year.
