I love helping people move better, eat better and think better. I love human movement. I have been crossfitting since 2011 and love it. I haven’t always been a “fitness guy”. After seeing my mom go through cancer and my dad go through heart disease I realized I needed to do something different. I had a brand new son and wanted to make some changes in my life. After going through several fitness videos, I found Crossfit and never turned back. Seeing the changes in my life and in my family’s life, I felt the call to help others on this same journey. The desire to help people get fit has grown into also seeing people excel in performance. I love helping our members move better, get stronger, and excel in whatever life throws their way.

Dreaded WOD: anything with thrusters!!
Since the age of 15 I have endeavored in the pursuit of getting healthier and stronger. In this pursuit I have enjoyed trying new activities to grow in my knowledge of health and fitness such as basketball, racquetball, ultimate Frisbee, running, weight lifting and more recently Crossfit. And in the midst of this pursuit I have found great success in my goals. By God’s grace I have lost over 150 pounds and have increased my overall fitness level more than I could imagine.
Since beginning Crossfit a few years ago, I have seen the biggest gains of my health and fitness pursuit. I am motivated to not only keep going but to help others reach the health and fitness goals they have as well. I have realized that I have much more potential than I thought and I love helping others realize the same, whether it is in the gym or outside the gym in everyday life. I love the community and comradery at Whole Strength. As a coach I am always striving to learn more about how to better myself and others as well!
