We know you have a busy and hectic schedule, so we have made group classes as accessible as possible. Why do we teach in group classes? Simple, when you workout with others you tend to push a little further and try a little harder. In our world a 15% increases in effort is huge! Plus we have found that the whole commradarie thing builds people up in more than just the body

Personal Training

Personal Training
Learning movements that are required for improved fitness – movements like squats, snatches and pull-ups – take time, as does improving your mobility, your endurance, your speed and your power. Improving your fitness is a slow process. Everyone has different strengths and weaknesses when they show up at our doors. Some members struggle with mobility, others with stability, others yet come to us two months after having knee surgery and need to be tended with care. And on the other end of the spectrum, some athletes arrive at our door well conditioned with an extensive athletic background. We offer personal training for those times when you need more individualized attention. Trying to improve your muscle up? This is for you. Coming back from and injury? This is for you. Can’t make it to the scheduled classes? This is for you.

Everyone wants to be leaner and look better. Good food is the key. You can’t out work bad eating habits. In fact, if you want to workout harder and see things like strength and cardiovascular endurance improve you MUST improve your nutritional game. That said everyone is at a different place and may need a slightly different strategy. Our coaches will help you get to where you are wanting to go.

At Whole Strength we are all about creating well rounded members. We offer specialty classes to help with that. Plus they are a lot of fun! Whether you are looking to learn Krav Maga self-defense or take a yoga class we have it. We offer specialty classes on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

The strength in our gym lies in our community. From BBQs to Christmas parties to fitness competitions like “WOD in the Park”, our members are more than just fitness junkies. Fitness is something that should make your life better; it’s not something we think should dominate your life. We believe it’s important to be well-rounded people who know how to let loose, have a drink and socialize with friends.
And, we have learned that members who are engaged in the community are more likely to want to show up to workout – because they show up not just to workout, but also to enjoy themselves socially.
