The mission of Whole Strength CrossFit is to provide a context where victory and excellence can be experienced in each one of our member’s lives! All of our classes can be scaled from the prescribed workout level, but we encourage you to push yourself. We don’t just start the clock and sit back and watch, we are right there with you every step of the way! We will always be correcting form, cheering you on and helping you reach your fitness goals.

As coaches, we have spent many years studying, learning and experimenting with ways to get people fit in a safe and effective manner. We have learned how to get people motivated and to keep them injury-free so they can be fit for life not just for a quick fix.
